Great news for me that Minish Cap is on the list. I really wanted to play it. Also most of those games I've never played except Yoshi's Island and it looks like a great bunch of games.

All glitches exclusive to this version are still present on the 3DS. They were not fixed since original GBA release. I sent the following email to Nintendo of Europe: Dear Nintendo. My name is Peter. Thank you for 20 free games from the 3DS Ambassador Program. Here is the bad news - European version of the game has numerous glitches.
None of them prevents you from completing the game, but some glitches are serious. The good news is - American and Japanese versions doesn't have them. These glitches were present since the original GBA release, becuase I heard that the game hasn't been tested properly - it was "rushed" and released earlier in order to avoid competition with the recent release of the Nintendo DS.
Unfortunately these glitches still exists in the 3DS version. Here they are: 1st glitch - one of the Bomb Bag upgrades cannot be obtained most serious - After completing 1st Dungeon Deepwood Shrine , when you return to Hyrule Town, you can buy bigger wallet for 80 Rupees raising max limit to , and Boomerang for Rupees.
After buying the Boomerang, leaving and re-entering Stockwell's Shop, you should see a Bomb Bag Upgrade most game walkthrough mentions that. When Nintendo cut the price of the 3DS by one-third within six months of launching the handheld, it offered consolation for early adopters by promising they would be able to download 20 free games for the system by year's end. The company made good on that promise today, launching the second wave of 10 titles on the 3DS eShop.
Today's wave of games was pulled from the Game Boy Advance catalog and spans the publisher's most famous franchises, including Mario, Zelda, F-Zero, and Kirby.
Unlike the first wave of 3DS Ambassador games, which will eventually be made available on the system's eShop, Nintendo has said there are no plans to put the GBA titles up for purchase on the downloadable storefront. Those games were made available for Ambassadors in September. For those who joined the 3DS Ambassador program by accessing the eShop before the price cut or filling out an online form before September 30 , the games are available in the system account's section of previously purchased titles.
